The Leibniz Institute for Psychology Information (ZPID) in Trier (Germany) is an internationally recognized research-based psychology service center located in Trier (Germany) and belongs to the Leibniz Association. ZPID puts a strong emphasis on open science and is currently establishing research groups in science reception, psychological meta-science, and big data in psychology.
As part of this effort, we are searching for a
Research Associate (m/f/d)
(salary group TV-L E13, 50 %, initial contract 12 months, extension is possible)
Preferred start date: January 2025 or later.
The position will be assigned to the ZPID research area and will be located in the Psychological Metascience research group. The position involves supporting various research projects, working with quantitative data, and extracting information from scientific publications.
Your profile:
MSc in psychology
Strong work ethics and orientation to detail
Interest in/experience with statistical analysis and quantitative methods is highly desirable
Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
Prior experience as research assistant is a plus
